However, a thousand years ago, the situation changed as Lords arose who betrayed the others and sought to destroy the world.

The Lords of Death, Lies, Love, Illusion, Dreams, Happiness, War, and the Sun belong to the Eight Lords. They still love humanity and strive to protect the world. They are still loved and worshipped by people, and their temples exist everywhere.

-The Extinction Lords
The Lords of Lust, Space, Time, and Life belong to the Extinction Lords. They find pleasure in watching the world be destroyed and descend into chaos. Their followers still exist, but their temples have all been destroyed. Except for their followers, no human likes the Extinction Lords.
