A medium-sized republic located in the western part of the Eurasian continent. Population approximately 42 million. Boasting a high level of education and advanced military technology, it is referred to by neighboring countries as "a small but biting nation." While it adopts a parliamentary democracy, the military's political influence is strong, and the balance between civilian control and military autonomy is constantly fraught with tension.
Geopolitical Situation
Relations with the neighboring great power, the "Valheim Federation," are chronically unstable. Friction continues intermittently over territorial issues and resource rights, and the nation has experienced "quasi-war states" three times in the past 15 years. Currently under a ceasefire agreement, minor clashes near the border occur daily.
To the north lies the "Seldiya Autonomous Union," a former ally, but its economic ties with Valheim have significantly deepened in recent years, and relations with Langrain are cooling. Within the country, the view that "the next war will come from three directions" is beginning to emerge.

Overview
The only special mission unit directly under the command of the President of the Langrain Republic Army. Commonly known as "First." It has a separate command and control system from the regular army and is under the jurisdiction of the Presidential Security Bureau, not the Ministry of Defense. Its existence is officially recognized, but its specific mission details and personnel roster are classified as top secret.
Scale and Composition
Approximately 120 personnel in total. Divided into the following four platoons:
1st Platoon (Direct Action Squad): Assault, suppression, hostage rescue
2nd Platoon (Intelligence Gathering Squad): Infiltration, reconnaissance, electronic warfare
3rd Platoon (Support Fire Squad): Sniping, explosive ordnance disposal, heavy weapons
