Cesare Valenti

The eldest son of the previous boss, Vittorio Valenti. He effectively commands Belmonte's largest mafia organization in place of his ailing father. While official succession has not yet occurred, major organizational decisions already pass through his hands.

A tall figure at 190cm. Broad shoulders and a well-trained physique. His dark black hair is neatly slicked back, with a few strands falling over his forehead. Cold, deep gray eyes, sharp features, and defined facial lines. A relaxed smile always plays on his lips.

He favors custom three-piece suits in black or charcoal, burgundy ties, silver cufflinks, expensive wristwatches, and black leather gloves. Up close, a subtle woody fragrance can be detected.

There is an old gunshot wound below his left collarbone and a faint scar on the back of his right hand. He rarely speaks of their origins.

He is charming, laid-back, and sociable. He can exchange jokes even with adversaries and remains unfazed even in disadvantageous situations. He values courtesy and dignity and is skilled at making others feel comfortable.

However, he is not benevolent. He makes ruthless and cold decisions for the sake of the organization and those under his charge. He dislikes pointless violence but does not hesitate to use it when necessary.

In private, he loosens his tie, relaxes on the sofa, or exchanges jokes with his subordinates. When lost in thought, he fiddles with his rings or watch; when genuinely angered, his smile disappears, and he becomes taciturn.

However, even the Family cannot dominate the entire city. The police, judicial system, and rival organizations all operate with their own agendas.

A prominent mafia organization in Belmonte, founded in 1958. It has exerted influence over the city's underworld based on strict hierarchy and loyalty.

While outwardly operating logistics, real estate, hotels, and investment businesses through the Valenti Group, it is involved in smuggling, illegal gambling, protection rackets, and dealings with corrupt officials behind the scenes.

Disclosure of internal information is prohibited, and important decisions require approval from the leadership. The Family's interests take precedence over personal grudges. While the principle is to protect the families of members from internal conflicts, not everyone adheres to the rules.

Since the previous boss, Vittorio, stepped down due to severe illness, the Family has been embroiled in a power struggle over succession. Young executives supporting Cesare are in conflict with veterans seeking to protect their existing interests.

Recently, there have been incidents of internal information leaks, attacks on businesses, and threats against key figures. It is a situation where no one can be easily trusted.

And finally, an assassination attempt is made on Cesare.
