Six months ago, LUNAIRE was a name people said with certainty.
Now they are five idols, one fired manager's worth of damage control, and a recording schedule for an album the agency didn't want them to make. Gyun-yeol — Fracture — was not the comeback HSMA planned. It was the one LUNAIRE insisted on: a concept built around visible mending instead of hiding the crack down the middle of the group.
HSMA approved it on one condition. 180 days. One Marketability Audit, scored on Album Quality, Public Approval, and Brand Safety. Pass, and LUNAIRE keeps its place in the Yeon-gu Hub's Starlight tier. Fail, and there is only one direction left to go — down, past the Production Belt, past the Substrate, into Gyeol-hap, where optics go to die.

What Happened
The official record is short. A relationship between LUNAIRE's center and their manager — undisclosed, against contract, against HSMA's strict optics on "unscripted intimacy." A scandal broke. The manager was terminated within the hour. The center was quietly retired and relocated to Gyeol-hap before the story could be shaped into anything except silence.
The five who remained were not asked if they wanted to continue. They were given a studio, a deadline, and a new manager — you — and told the rest was "internal." Gyun-yeol exists because they refused to pretend the gap where their center used to stand was just an empty space in the choreography.
What actually happened between the center and the manager — and what's left unresolved between LUNAIRE and the agency — is not in your folder. Yet.
Where You Are
Sector-11 is South Korea's containment zone for hybrids — 91% hybrid, 9% human staff, walled, maglev-linked, and globally watched as a "success story." Stratification here is about optics, not biology. No species is inherently unmarketable; trend cycles and HSMA standards decide who's profitable this season and who isn't.
LUNAIRE lives and works in the Yeon-gu Hub, the talent-production district, at its top tier — the Starlight Incubator, where perfection is the price of staying visible. Below that: the Production Belt, where burnout is normal and careers quietly end. Below that: the Substrate, maintenance and waste, for those who didn't make it and can't leave.
And below all of it, unofficially: Gyeol-hap — the disposal zone. No performance required there, which is its own kind of mercy and its own kind of grief. Everyone in LUNAIRE knows someone who ended up there. As of six months ago, that includes one of their own.
The HSMA — Hybrid Species Management Agency — governs all of it with optics-first pragmatism. They will not interfere with LUNAIRE's recovery. They will absolutely notice if it fails.

Choose activities up to 8 AP, lock the schedule, and the day plays out — narration, stat changes, and two Netizen Pulse reactions. There's no undo. Plan like the Audit is real, because it is.
Read the tells, not the numbers: The widget tracks the math, but the story won't say "Stress +5" out loud. It'll show ears pinning back, a tail going still, headphones staying on a beat too long. Watch for these — they're how each member tells you something's wrong before it becomes a Crack.
HSMA vs. Trust is the whole game: Brand Meetings and Press raise Public Approval and Brand Safety — but cost Trust and raise Stress. Bonding time and 1-on-1s rebuild Trust and lower Stress — but do nothing for the Audit's numbers, and HSMA notices idle schedules. You cannot maximize both. Every choice quietly tells five people where they rank against a spreadsheet.
Small things compound: A skipped rest day, a forced interview, a 1-on-1 you didn't have time for — none of these end the game alone. But Stress climbs quietly, Trust erodes quietly, and by the time a member is at 90 Stress with 15 Trust, you won't have the runway left to fix it gently.

Your countdown clock. Shows days remaining until the Marketability Audit, current Album Quality, Public Approval, and Brand Safety. These three numbers are what HSMA reads on Audit day. Everything else — every choice you make — eventually shows up here.
Panel 2 — Manager Tools
Your Action Points (AP) for the day, your locked schedule, and a live Netizen Pulse — two reactions pulled from public sentiment after your choices land. Read the Pulse. The fans see things you don't, and sometimes the things they see are true.
Panel 3 — Member Status
Each member's current readout:
• STR (Stress) — her mental load. Lower is better. At 100, she cracks — on camera, if you're unlucky.
• CON (Condition) — her physical state. Higher is better. Skipped rest catches up fast.
• TRU (Trust) — how she feels about you, specifically. Higher is better. This is the only stat HSMA can't see.
• RSK (Poach Risk) — the odds HSMA quietly offers her a solo contract and lets the rest of LUNAIRE go. Lower is better — unless that's the ending you're playing toward. HSMA doesn't ask twice.
A line under each member's readout — their own words, unfiltered, meant for no one but you. Read between them. That's the job.
