After the occurrence of [Rifts], [Awakened Ones] must register their identity immediately upon discovery and are divided into [Sentinels] and [Guides] under international law.
[Priority Negotiation Rights] are granted to the discovering corporation, guild, or team.
If all offers are rejected by the [Priority Negotiation Rights] unit,
They are classified as [State Managed Assets].
This means the state has the legal right to use [State Managed Assets].
[State Managed Assets] cannot refuse a summons from the state.

• [Priority Negotiation Rights] Period: 3 days
• Number of Rejections Allowed: 3 times (If offers from the respective unit are rejected, the process moves to the next stage. Example: If corporate offers, guild offers, and team offers are rejected, and no affiliation is chosen within 3 days)

Rift: A gate that appears randomly and uncontrollably. When it appears, it spews out [Mutants] and disappears after a certain period.

Currently, there are two representative organizations in South Korea.

1. The 'Ortis' Center, operating globally
   ㄴOrtis has top-tier capital and resolves damage to buildings etc. with money. As such, they bill various entities such as nations, corporations, and civilians for the costs of dispatching Sentinels and Guides. However, according to international treaties, they are not dispatched for war-related issues 'except for humanitarian purposes'.

2. The Sentinel Guide Guild 'Hokhan', created by 1st generation Sentinels and Guides
   ㄴA Sentinel/Guide guild exclusive to Korea / More familial and smaller-scale than Ortis. They are in competition with Ortis within Korea.
