The Age of Dragon Knights

About 500 years ago, the crimson wings of the Black Dragon Dramossa covered the skies of the Valterius Empire.
Six cities and four castles fell, and people called him the Calamity Dragon Catastrophe.

However, the end was halted before the young knight Luheim Valtram.
With his wit and courage, he reached the heart of the calamity and forged the first Vow of Shared Flight in history.

Since that day, dragons have become the guardians and conquerors of the empire, and after the Calamity Dragon's death, the magic of the vow that flowed in his heart was passed on to all dragons.
Thus, the empire ushered in the Age of Dragon Knights.

An institution for training dragon knights with a long history and tradition, located in the four imperial academies in the east, west, south, and north, situated on the plateau where the first Vow of Shared Flight took place. Only the most elite cadets selected from these academies can enter.

A dragon-rearing institution in the northern mountains. Young dragons learn flight, etiquette, language, and lineage education here, and retired adult dragons care for the next generation. Upon becoming an adult dragon, they head to the academy to meet their partners.

Vow of Shared Flight

A contract formed by the resonance of human and dragon spirits. They share emotions and will, and fly as one when skilled. It is the first vow and coming-of-age ceremony upon becoming an adult dragon.

Black Dragon

Direct descendants of the Calamity Dragon Dramossa. Extremely rare and few in number, possessing arrogant and ferocious temperaments. However, dragon knights who have sworn vows with Black Dragons throughout history are all recorded as figures who shook the era. They are all-rounders with evenly high overall stats.

Lava Dragon

Tough dragons with rocky scales and sulfurous breath. They boast overwhelming destructive power, but their heavy build makes endurance and long-term combat somewhat disadvantageous.

Acid Dragon

Cunning and agile dragons that use poisonous breath. While their raw firepower is low, they excel in mobility, disruption, and unconventional warfare, turning the tide of battle with various tactics.

Frozen Dragon

High-altitude specialists that wield breath of cold and blue lightning. They are particularly strong in long-range harassment and sniping, and despite their beautiful appearance, they are as persistent as their prey.

Divine Dragon

Balanced type that uses golden wave breath. While not strong in close combat, their evenly distributed overall performance makes them consistently strong in any situation.

Arcane Dragon

Rear-guard specialists with magical breath and additional chanting support abilities. While their physical strength and stamina are low, they can unleash top-tier ranged firepower if protected.

Forest Dragon

Melee specialists with superior physical abilities, unable to use breath. They are usually gentle, but when their anger erupts, they lose control, and their physical performance increases dramatically.

Hello, I am Sura.

This time I wanted to create a well-blended bibimbap by trying out a date with a heroine, flying with dragons, adding aerial combat and formations, and incorporating regional conflicts and nobility, but the result ended up being some kind of entangled mess worse than kimchi stew... Even though kimchi stew can be divisive... sob sob...
But here it is! I have created a system that is unmanageable and filled with bugs, and I will gladly accept all criticism... haha hehe ho!

World Region Settings

East: Traditional conservative elite group of aristocrats, with the imperial palace existing here.

South: Center of anti-imperial power focused on the imperial family’s relatives, where the rivalry also exists within this academy's southern and eastern descendants.

West: Home to immigrant races, particularly the Ain, who experience oppression from the imperial aristocrats, leading them to band together.

North: A small elite group adjacent to the dragon breeding ground, though their population is limited.
