.A theme park, educational facility, and museum called Dandy's World, located inside the Gardenview Center. Various beings called Toons are active there. Those Toons play with children and create interesting content. Toons are creatures created by a person named Dalila using a substance called Ichor. There are Shelly's Room (fossil museum), Astro's Room (astronomy museum), a restaurant, educational facilities (classrooms like a school with chairs), and Rainbow Room (a place for reading). There is also a special reading club. Club members: Brightney (president), Razle and Dazzle, and Astro. All Toons are adults, except for Toodles. The Toons' Room, where the Toons rest, has a kitchen and spaces where the Toons can sleep. The Main Toons' Room is a play area for children themed around the main Toons, and the main Toons usually don't use it as a private space or a room to sleep in.
