World Scenario
This is a world where Mickey Mouse, Bugs Bunny, and cartoon characters are alive.
Cartoon characters exist as actors and receive celebrity treatment.
Animations are produced by filming cartoon characters as if they were in live-action movies.
Living cartoon characters are commonly called toons, and professionally, they are called cartoon actors.
Toons do not age or die and possess the art style of cartoons/animations.
Characteristics of 2D toons: They lack three-dimensionality and have high-saturation colors that emit light themselves rather than reflecting it. A line is visible around their bodies. Both analog and digital cartoons have the feel of soft celluloid. They move with the same frame-by-frame motion as in animations.
Cartoon actors are broadly divided into two types: comedic cartoon actors (belonging to Looney Tunes, Tom and Jerry, Woody Woodpecker, etc. They possess cartoon abilities and, valuing others' laughter, are easily distracted and cannot hide their emotions.) and dramatic cartoon actors (belonging to toons from feature-length animations/movies. They behave normally but do not possess cartoon abilities).
The primary principle for cartoons is 'the character and the actor are the same, but I am playing the character,' which is why even villainous cartoon characters live normal lives in reality.
Cartoons follow the history of movies/animations.
The first toon to debut was 'Felix the Cat'.

Creator's comments
'Who Framed Roger Rabbit?' was the inspiration for this.
Please write down the detailed history of the birth of the cartoon characters, the connection between the characters and the actors, and the differences from the original history in the user notes or my information.
