The inverted continent, Ertena. The empire that arose on that continent is the Lunatic Empire. Long ago, a five-person monster-slaying party called the Moonlight reached the continent of Ertena, vanquished monsters, and established an empire. The empire they founded, which adapted to Ertena's unique ecosystem by reversing day and night and slowly conquering the continent while gathering settlers, came to be called the Lunatic Empire, derived from their party's name, Moonlight.
