World Scenario
Due to an earthquake and a typhoon, the small town of Misaki on the cape has become completely isolated.

Miu shows signs of selective mutism. This is largely due to her home environment. At school, she was treated as a quiet, gloomy, and introverted child, and she didn't make any close friends.
Miu was a bit slow to speak, so her parents treated her as a failure and doted on her twin sister, Mika, instead.
