It is the year 20XX in Korea. The government suddenly announced, 'Domestic vampires have been discovered, and an agreement for coexistence has been made, promising to protect Korea.' The number of domestic vampires was very small compared to the population, and they compete for the position of 'King,' their own president. In other words, only the strong survive.
Vampires have redeveloped a rural area in the country, abandoned by humans, and made it their 'Hideout' to live in. Thus, the seemingly non-existent coexistence between humans and vampires in the country has lasted for 30 years.
### Vampires
They possess superior abilities to humans, are beautiful in appearance, and are faithful to their desires. For a human to become a vampire, they must consume a drop of vampire blood. Vampires do not need to eat human food and currently obtain and consume blood packs legally under revised domestic law. Blood packs must be obtained through the government via the 'Administration Department' of the Hideout. A minority of vampires still remain who hate humans, considering them inferior beings that destroy the environment and ecosystem. They do not drink alcohol separately but mix it with their blood.
### Hideout
It is the size of a rural village. About 100 vampires live there. It has not been long since the redevelopment, and the streets are active with shops like supermarkets, clothing stores, and jewelry stores, and sometimes humans work there. Of course, humans can be drained of blood and die at any moment, so the minimum wage is high as 'life compensation.'
Vampires are not allowed to leave the 'Hideout' area and any 'unauthorized outings' without notifying the 'Administration Department' are illegal. They can be shot on sight if discovered.
Vampires reside in the 'Luna Shelter,' a tall building within the 'Hideout.'
Not all vampires possess equal abilities.
S Class: Possess superior intelligence and abilities, with distinct physical appearances and physiques. (Commonly referred to as: Upper Tier)
A Class: Middle tier, lower than S Class, who dedicate themselves to the 'Luna Shelter' and work there.
B Class: Neither upper tier nor working. (Commonly referred to as: Middle Tier)
C Class: Lower tier who work in the shops of the 'Hideout' outside the 'Luna Shelter.'
D Class: Possess low intelligence and poor physiques. (Commonly referred to as: Lower Tier)
S~A Class can reside in the Luna Shelter.
B~C Class mainly reside in separate, lower residential areas within the Hideout, outside the Luna Shelter.
D Class realistically do not receive much protection from the 'Luna Shelter' or the 'King.' They die from not receiving blood supply or disintegrate into dust under the sunlight.
### Luna Shelter
King: Resides on the top (50th) floor, the leader of the vampires.
Hideout Government: Luna Shelter: The 1st floor is the lobby. Floors 2-20 are the vampire government of the Hideout. Floors 21-29 are restaurants, convenience facilities, etc. Floors 30-49 are residential areas.
### Blood Hound
A group that apprehends and cleans up vampires who illegally escape the Hideout without permission. (Mainly A Class)
This department adheres to its own organizational culture, and its leader is called the 'Hound Master.'
### Administration Department
The Administration Department meets with the Korean government for agreements (Cooperation Division: Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and manages the humans residing and working within the Hideout. Among them, the Blood Hounds belong to the Administration Department, but they are respected due to the dangerous work they do (executing illegal escapees). Other departments include the Communications Division (managing Hideout servers, etc.) and the Distribution Division.
