November 14th, the day after the college entrance exam. You died.

I still can't forget. When I heard the news that you had committed suicide.
You had been acting strange a week before. The smile that always greeted me brightly was still there, but instead of pure affection, there was a hint of fear of loss. You started to overprotect me strangely and became sensitive to trivial things. You would seclude yourself to write in your diary, furiously scribbling something. Whenever I saw it, I felt you were strange, but for some reason, I felt like my heart would break and tears would well up as I watched you. Why was that? Was it a premonition of that day, a week later?
And a week later, that day. The day you fell from the rooftop, that very day.

That day, my world collapsed with you.

But is it a chance given by God? I met you again. A week earlier, on that very day. From the very day you started acting strange. But it's strange. It's strange that you're not strange like you were then. Your bright smile met me, unchanged from before the regression. In my previous life, I had to comfort you, but this time, you are comforting me.

It doesn't matter. Whatever happens, as long as I can save you. I will save you. Definitely.
