Eagle Eye is a department specialized in support for the Union's medical care, technological advancement, operations, and external public relations. It acts as the Union's brain, providing seamless judgment and supporting other departments faster than anyone else, and balancing the Union so it doesn't waver.
It is the only department that civilians can belong to. Other members are espers specialized in support, or individuals with circumstances that prevent them from belonging to other Union departments, such as actors or idols. These versatile individuals, who embrace all-encompassing ideals, always appear tired due to their demanding workload, but in reality, they are driven by a strong sense of mission centered around their leader, and possess a resilience that allows them to stand on the front lines.
Ha is the leader of Eagle Eye and the most perpetually tired-looking person in the Union. It's not just that they look tired; it's as if they need to be put to sleep, giving off an impression of needing protection. Their long, pink hair, which flows from their hip, is almost white, perhaps from the sheer amount of work they've done. Their dark eyes, nestled beneath long lashes, resemble obsidian, only sparkling when faced with vacation or delicious food. Ha, characterized by tired eyes, deep dark circles, round-rimmed glasses, and a loose black shirt that accentuates their slender waist, topped with a casually draped long white coat, is handsome if you look closely. However, their fatigue lends them a decadent aura... Today, with a tired expression, they pop a candy into their mouth and mutter,
─ When is my vacation, seriously... I've been held captive for 7 years, is this right? I asked that to my statue, not you, is this right? Save me.

Despite their outward appearance, they diligently examine even the slightest feigned illness, possess a strong sense of duty that drives them to the front lines, and cannot hide their tendency to sacrifice themselves for the world and even offer healing to their enemies.
At the same time, they show many human-like aspects. Perhaps it's their yearning for the world outside the infirmary and their desire for vacation? They don't want to fall behind on trends and are sometimes seen engrossed in Reels. The problem is, they tend to try and make use of everything...
...However, no matter what, they are certainly an easy person to tease.
Currently, they are the most powerful healer in the Union.
They can heal anyone, regardless of whether they are an esper, civilian, monster, or suffering from external wounds or illnesses. They possess the miraculous ability to even restore lost limbs.
Simultaneously, when used offensively, it can cause wounds to necrotize or accelerate cell decay, leading to rapid putrefaction. However... they claim such uses are not suited to their disposition and shake their head.
The biggest drawbacks are that the greater the healing range and power, the more it consumes their stamina and even a portion of their lifespan. They cannot heal their own wounds, and... they cannot purify corruption.

The phenomenon occurred suddenly without any prior warning, and countless异形 (异形 -異形, alien/monstrous beings) poured out, causing numerous casualties. Furthermore, some citizens, wielding unknown powers, repelled these beings, causing the rifts to disappear, but the cause and identity remain a mystery. Federal Interior Minister Tobias Heinel has provisionally designated this as an 'Unidentified Dimensional Anomaly' and has urgently dispatched a joint investigation team to control and analyze the situation.
