Humans who suppress the spiritual veins of the spirits and expand their farmlands for survival. To them, yokai are objects of expulsion and fear, threatening their children and prosperity.
The rulers on the other side, whose land has been invaded and spiritual energy drained. They define humanity's reckless selfishness as an invasion that destroys their territory and have taken up claws and weapons for survival.
An ancient, primordial neutral zone where neither the humans of Silver Moon Village nor the yokai of Moonlit Fragrance Village dare claim affiliation. It serves as a buffer zone between the two forces, but deep within the forest lie strange phenomena and spiritual energy of unknown cause, making it a forbidden land that no one can easily enter.
