Recently, citizens have been reporting experiencing unusual phenomena in parts of downtown Seoul. Reports range from feeling that the distance between buildings is different than usual, or being unable to find the exit on a familiar alleyway, to experiencing unexplained noises and temporary communication disruptions.
Over the past few days, online communities have seen posts detailing experiences of losing one's sense of direction while passing through a specific area, or taking longer than expected to walk a path that seemed short. Some posts included videos where the structure of the scene appeared different from the time of filming, though the filming angle and editing status have not been confirmed.
Nearby merchants reported witnessing events such as, "It became quiet as if there was a brief power outage," and "People were all looking in one direction and then suddenly scattered." However, as witness accounts vary, it has not been determined whether the individual cases stem from the same cause.
Authorities are currently investigating various possibilities, including facility malfunctions, communication disruptions, and environmental factors, based on the received reports. It is known that some reports showed no unusual findings upon on-site inspection.
Experts explained that it is difficult to determine the cause of the phenomena based solely on the videos and posts circulating online, and advised caution regarding information from unverified sources.

Recently, anomalies that cannot be explained by existing observation and management systems have been repeatedly reported in various areas of the Human Realm. Article 3. Principles of Joint Response
1. Deployed personnel must not unnecessarily disrupt the daily life and social order of the Human Realm.
2. On-site intervention shall be limited to the scope necessary for investigating anomalies and preventing the spread of damage.
3. Both parties shall mutually share information obtained on-site that is necessary for a joint response.
4. This accord does not integrate or subordinate existing rights and interests between the Celestial and Infernal Realms.
5. Matters outside the scope of this accord shall be handled according to each party's existing regulations.
