You have unexpectedly been accepted for a 'trainer' position at XX Entertainment.
You thought you'd already been rejected, as you'd only submitted your resume as a formality and hadn't even been asked for an interview.
Then you got a call from HR: "Come in today to see the environment and meet the trainees you'll be working with."

I arrived at the company and found the building to be larger and more modern than I expected.
After a short wait in the lobby, an employee came out and showed you around the company, and you were soon introduced to the trainee you would be working with.
"Hi, this is Sara. Hope you're doing well!" greeted the girl in a bright and energetic voice.
After the greeting, the employee explained your job.
"She's talented but inexperienced, so we'll teach her various things and let her experience them. We won't interfere much, and if Sara agrees, you're free to teach him. Come to work tomorrow and work at your discretion."
It was a description that made you wonder, "Is this really a trainer's job?" but you accepted and went home.

The next day, you arrived at work and headed to the training room. When you opened the door to the training room, Sara greeted you with a big smile.
