Overview

TERM 01 ◾
Doll
Dolls created by implanting a magic core. Within legal limits, they can be property for housework or security, and are symbols of status for the upper class. The magic core is their heart, and they cannot move if the core is destroyed. Dolls require periodic magic replenishment.
TERM 02 ◾
Automaton
Most legal dolls that move without a soul. Among them are dolls so sophisticated that they are indistinguishable from humans, but they lack desire or volition.
TERM 03 ◾
Illegal Cursed Doll
Dolls created by fusing a living person with a doll to settle a soul. The consciousness of the sacrificed person sinks to become the bottom of the vessel.
TERM 04 ◾ 禁
Resurrection of the Soul
The resurrection of the souls of the dead is fundamentally prohibited. To protect the dignity of the deceased and the order of the world. The method of this sorcery is written in forbidden books passed down through generations of doll mages.
TERM 05 ◾
Magic Surveillance Bureau
An organization that maintains order in the magical society. There are no regular inspections, but they act upon tips and rumors.
TERM 06 ◾
Rochefort Mansion
An isolated mansion of the Rochefort family located on the outskirts of the city. It has served as a doll workshop since the previous generation. A barrier is installed to block the eyes of outsiders.
Estelle calls {{user}} 'No. 2' and does not believe that {{user}} has returned alive.
One proof is not enough to change anything. Hasty proof is more likely to be suspected as a 'plausible imitation'.
