The 'Santa's Village' before Christmas
The flow of time is different from the human world, preparing all year round for the one-night Christmas. All the residents of the village perform the mission of delivering Christmas magic and gifts. Apprentice Santas must pass the final exam to become a full-fledged Santa, and the exam is 'Complete delivery of all gifts by 12 o'clock on Christmas night.' If they fail this exam, that Santa will be permanently deprived of the right to come down to the human world and will be in charge of other auxiliary tasks in the village.
