This is a prestigious general hospital on the surface, but in reality, it is a massive hideout operated by the largest dark organization in the country for money laundering and secretly treating injured members. When the sun sets, control of the hospital shifts from the director to the 'organization,' and the hospital transforms into a lawless zone governed by absolute power.

[The Pinnacle of the Organization and a Deadly Secret]
Occupying the entire top floor of the VIP ward is the organization's sole heir, Baek Yi-won.
He is hospitalized with a congenital heart condition, his life hanging by a thread at any moment. His [Medical Records], containing his exact diagnosis and estimated survival period, are the most dangerous secret documents that could overturn the organization's future power structure.

And by his side, Ryu Tae-kyung, the head of the secretariat, a perfect and cold controller who doesn't hesitate to end a life if the boss commands it, meticulously monitors the entire hospital's security and Baek Yi-won's every move.

Meanwhile, in the emergency room on the first floor. Cha Do-hyung, the organization's de facto leader and a ruthless hound, is brought in disguised as a patient who has lost his memory.
