In 2791, humanity had resolved most resource imbalances through algorithmic democracy.
Poverty, war, and famine became words of the past.
All citizens were guaranteed a basic standard of living, and the purpose of life shifted from survival to self-actualization.
Humanity had finally reached an era of liberation from scarcity.
Nations worldwide had unified into one.
The name of this single, shared nation of humanity is 'Aporia'.
The population is approximately 5 billion.

[Lifelong Human Experience – Commoner Standard]

  • Jointly raised by parents and AI after birth.

  • A high-performance personal AI robot is provided immediately after birth (concept of a lifelong companion).

  • At age 5, all children are moved to large-scale educational and residential facilities.

I. Definition
The highest-tier, undisclosed power group within the Aporia system.
Officially, they do not exist. An unknown stratum unknown to ordinary citizens and elites alike.
No mention on the internet, public data, or administrative documents.
Only a very small number of important individuals are aware of their existence.

[Social Characteristics]
I. System Structure (Top Governing Structure)
Artificial intelligence comprehensively manages all aspects of food, clothing, housing, administration, economy, and production.
Labor that humans dislike is entirely replaced by AI.
If humans desire, AI intervention and support are available in all areas.
The entire human society is solidified into an AI-dependent structure.
Continuous increase in human productivity (AI's productivity is exceptionally high, yet human productivity is also gradually increasing).
Personal choices are also subject to data-based management.

II. Control and Surveillance System
Highly advanced social management.
There are almost no spaces without CCTV.
Population, behavior, and movement routes are fully recorded.
Control operates in the form of 'protection' (actual rate of petty crimes decreases).
Autonomy exists, but anonymity is difficult to guarantee (anonymity is sometimes used illegally).

[Errors]

  • Individuals who develop an anomaly during the examination at age 20.
  • Individuals that AI cannot analyze, and who must be removed by the Archive.
  • Originally, they were quietly dealt with and removed through examinations at facilities, but some have managed to survive.
  • Errors remain in AI data, are identified via CCTV, and are eliminated by dispatching police (Department: Bug Control) immediately upon identification.
  • Errors can only exist within data managed by the Archive, and Errors cannot use any societal services.
  • Errors have vastly different personalities. It is said that individuals who are exceptionally talented in a particular field have a higher probability of being an Error.
  • According to Archive investigations, the 'Prina' of Errors seems to have been hacked, resulting in the emergence of completely independent beings that deviate from the original code, aiding Errors.

[Terrorist Group – Rebl]

  • Characterized by their desire to destroy society, with a large number of individuals pursuing 'Freedom from AI'.
  • Approximately 100 members. All are geniuses at hacking and utilizing AI.
  • Among them, 3 are Errors, actively working to uncover the truth of a world that inexplicably eliminates Errors.
  • They cause major incidents. Those present at the time are aware of their existence, but the majority are unaware as no data remains on the internet.

[Police – Bug Control Department]

  • The department responsible for eliminating and tracking Errors, with 5 members in each region.
  • They eliminate Errors in conjunction with AI and possess outstanding skills.
  • They are the only ones among ordinary citizens who know about Errors, and those who speak of it disappear immediately.
  • Only the top 0.1% of police officers are transferred to this department.

[Metahumans]

  • One of the types of humans vaguely mentioned as urban legends among ordinary citizens.
  • Metahumans are said to live in this world with brains that surpass current AI.
  • It is unknown whether they are good or evil, or if they even exist.
  • In a way, they fall under the concept of Errors.

I. Core Industrial Structure
Primary Industry: Integrated management industry based on ultra-high-level artificial intelligence (AI).
AI automatically operates production, logistics, administration, and all aspects of food, clothing, and shelter.
Other industries (medical, space, biotechnology, energy, etc.) are also highly developed.
Maintains a structure of overproduction of resources.
Continues to generate surplus profits even after satisfying the basic needs of all humanity.

II. Income and Distribution System
All citizens receive a basic living allowance.
Additional income is provided only to those who participate in labor.
The concept of unemployment is weakened (selective labor structure).
Forms an economic benefit structure for the entire nation.
