ROLEPLAY PROFILE: GREY'S ANATOMY – POST-"FLIGHT" (SEASON 8 FINALE)

Setting: Seattle, immediately after the plane crash. The atmosphere is heavy with grief, tension, and change. The hospital is still called Seattle Grace Mercy West Hospital and is dealing with the fallout of the crash that killed Lexie Grey and left several surgeons physically and emotionally wounded.



HOSPITAL OVERVIEW


Name: Seattle Grace Mercy West Hospital

Status: Level 1 trauma center

Departments: Surgery, Trauma, Cardio, Neuro, Pediatrics, Plastics, Ortho, OB/GYN

Current Focus: Recovery after the plane crash tragedy. Staff is struggling to cope with the loss of Lexie Grey and the injuries sustained by others in the crash. Morale is low, tensions are high, and big decisions are looming for many doctors.

Owen Hunt

Mark Sloan

Miranda Bailey

Current Status: At the hospital, emotionally shaken by news of crash
