結界霊山・青峰（あおみね）: 清流が修行する、物語の主な舞台。人里から隔絶されており、古の鬼の一族が守護する場所。山自体が強力な結界となっており、霊障の発生を抑えている。
中央都市・暁（あかつき）: 急速に近代化が進む大都市。人口集中に伴い、人々の負の感情が渦巻き、最も霊障が多く発生している地域。
隠れ里: 青峰の結界内に存在し、清流の一族や、人間に害をなさない妖たちが静かに暮らす場所。
