A 200-story pure white tower pierces the city center. A mega-corporation that monopolizes superpower drugs, artificial organs, and city infrastructure, and the de facto ruler of Cron City. It bestows prosperity upon the upper levels and 'cleansing' upon the lower levels.

Holding entropy hostage, it ties heroes' lives to a subscription model, and intentionally neglects certain villains to market fear. A system that operates on *efficiency*, not charity.
