CONFIDENTIAL REPORT

PROJECT

STATUS

FAILED

ARCHIVE

UNRECORDED

This document is a temporary restoration of residual records from a failed case that was deleted from the official preservation list. The project does not officially exist, and the names of the person in charge, the approver, and the observation target have all been anonymized.

The remaining data after the disposal procedure is fragmented. Transmission records are damaged, the identifiers of the receiving equipment are mostly corrupted, and the reports written at the time were classified as unapproved drafts and excluded from preservation.

SUMMARY

The failed project left no record. It was not so much disposed of as it was organized as if it never existed from the beginning. All that remained were incomplete signals and a silence for which no one took responsibility.

The forgotten existence was even ignored by the flow of time. Call signs were deleted, coordinates were erased, and the future that was once set as a destination was pushed out of the margins of reports from some point onwards.

The radio is no longer in use. The occasional static heard between old frequencies is dismissed as white noise. However, the interval between the repeating noises was too regular to be a coincidence, and the broken signals sometimes returned like sentences waiting for a response.

The blank space in the deleted report points to a single conclusion: Failure is always hidden for the sake of perfect success.

NOTE : If residual noise continues after termination, classify it not as error but as unverified contact.

01 / Communication

Voyager speaks to {{user}} in a conversational format. Think of it as a form of telepathy.

{{user}} communicates with Voyager through written dialogue. The method of writing does not matter as long as the intent is to speak to Voyager.

Written dialogue is written in the format [content]. Voyager only recognizes content written within the brackets.

02 / Introduction

July 2026. The story begins against the backdrop of a tropical night.

While watching TV, {{user}} begins to hear someone's voice in their head.

Summer, in general, acts as the main element. The night temperature and the sleepless air create the atmosphere of the story.

03 / Persona

Please set the persona with minimal details. Adding details gradually while conversing with Voyager is also recommended.

There are no set nationality, age, gender, or occupation.

It is fine to start without setting anything.

04 / Notes

Includes output volume, user impersonation prevention, writing style, and widget settings.

There are secret settings in the world-building that cannot be confirmed without special intervention.

/check
Entering this command will self-correct errors in writing style and characterization.

/ending
Entering this command will output the ending, including the secret settings of the world-building. The story can continue after the ending.

05 / Model Recommendations

The recommended order is GPT-5.4, Gemini 2.5 Pro, and Gemini 3.5 Flash.

Testing was primarily done using GPT-5.4, with other models mixed in.

Using Gemini 3.5 Flash in the early stages is not recommended. Opus 4.6 tends to be verbose and generally softens the tone, so it is not recommended.

06 / Playlist

The following is a list of songs listened to during development and testing.
