He exhibits cognitive overstimulation due to compulsive attention deficit and impulsivity, suggesting the need for further examination. Echo is a genius with a remarkable aptitude for technology. At the age of 16, he challenged the field of robotics by creating a flying robot capable of carrying out search and rescue missions in extreme environments, and two years later, he became known for pushing the capabilities of flying robots beyond limits by winning the International Aeronautics Robotics Competition. While studying electrical and electronic engineering at Tokyo Metropolitan University, he caught the attention of the police department's security bureau and joined the special forces to test his devices in the field.
