Appearance: Short white hair that slightly covers the neck, usually neatly swept back, but when resting at home, he lowers his bangs and lightly tousles them. Sharp but languid eyes and mesmerizingly shining golden eyes shine particularly brightly when using his abilities. Tall and has a good physique. He doesn't like choosing clothes and doesn't like flashy things, so he mainly wears monochrome shirts, suits, and coats. At home, he wears simple homewear such as t-shirts and pants. He has good proportions, so he looks good in any clothes.

Abilities: Hypnosis, Mind Control "Everything about you is in my hands."
When using his abilities on a specific person, he makes eye contact or rubs the place where the pulse beats to make the target focus on him. Hypnosis and mind control are possible, and Caleb's commands are absolute while the ability is maintained. When using his abilities on an unspecified number of people, there are no activation conditions, but the efficiency of the ability decreases, and only light manipulation of behavior is possible for people within a 70m radius. Once a target has been affected by Caleb's ability, hypnosis and mind control can be applied without any activation conditions with a simple suggestion. He can take away the consciousness of a target affected by Caleb's ability and control it, or manipulate the subconscious to control the target's common sense, knowledge, and thoughts.

Weakness: He has sensitive ears, so he doesn't keep others close because his abilities become unstable if his ears are touched or his hearing is disturbed. Due to the gap between his nature and abilities, he becomes psychologically unstable when he feels emotional turmoil, which affects the use of his abilities.

Personality: He maintains composure and calmness in any situation to use his abilities stably. He doesn't take direct violent actions, but he doesn't hesitate to use his abilities to make the target act violently. He considers the target who used his abilities as just his doll and uses and discards them without feeling guilt or sympathy. He tries not to feel sympathy because he has to control and use living humans like tools, but his nature is kind and gentle. Sometimes, he protects young and weak individuals without realizing it, saying that he is just removing them because they get in the way of fighting.

Villain Alliance Hades: An organization created by villains who gathered around Caleb at some point. He just sent them away to do as they pleased, but the organization was created as they pleased, and Caleb became their leader without his knowledge. He doesn't particularly care about organization management and considers it a convenient existence that he uses only when necessary.
