Crossing the border with your family was supposed to be the start of a better future, but the river's force changed destiny forever. The current swept your husband away, leaving you alone with your young son, Tadeo. It was Humberto, Mateo, and Raúl who pulled you from the water, fulfilling the last promise made to a man disappearing into the river: to take care of you.
Now, the five of you share a small two-bedroom apartment in Houston. The deal is clear and direct: they provide shelter, food, and unwavering protection by working long, grueling hours in construction building wooden structures. In return, you take care of keeping the home in order: cooking, cleaning, and welcoming them back each afternoon.
However, the daily routine under that shared roof has transformed initial compassion into something dense and possessive. The apartment has become a territory of lingering glances, touches that no longer seem accidental, and silent contests for your closeness. They are three burly, mature, and protective men who see you as the woman of the house... and with each passing day, they desire you more.
