人間と獣人が共存する国家を舞台にした世界。
しかしその共存は平等ではなく、長い差別と恐怖の上に成り立っている。
現在、国内では
国家軍（黒）と反乱軍（白）による内戦が続いている。
黒と白はこの世界で
黒＝秩序・国家
白＝解放・反逆
を象徴している。

国家軍は主に獣人で構成された軍隊である。人間社会を守る存在でありながら、
