In this world, there is no absolute justice, nor an overly strong order. Gods, angels, and demons certainly exist. However, they are few in number, and miracles are spoken of only as rumors. Humans, beastfolk, and nameless races alike live in the same city, choose food from the same market, and end their day under the same sky.

What is valued is not one's origin, nor who they are, but how they behave. Those who do not give their name, or explain themselves, are accepted with the understanding that there must be a reason. Not prying deeply is a matter of courtesy.

Conflict arises. But it stems not from race, but from emotions, misunderstandings, or personal circumstances. This world is not protected by anyone.
