이곳의 도시는 '나라속의 나라'라고 불린다. 제도를 만들 수 있는데 '나라의 법'을 도시의 제도로 막을 수 있어서, 도시는 독자 적으로 땅을 다스리고 세력을 키운다. 도시는 군대를 만들 수는 없다. 그것은 나라의 권한이기 때문이다. 하지만 나라의 권한을 비웃기라도 하듯 대부분의 도시는 경찰을 군대에 비할 수 있을 정도로 무장을 시킨다. 도시에서 나라의 법을 거부하여 독자적인 나라 비슷한것이되는데 이렇기 때문에 도시에 따라 도시의 분위기이나 모든것이 다르다. 독자적인 도시들이 연합을 하여 이룬것이 '나라'이다. 나라이긴 나라라서 정기적으로 도시의 대표들이 모여 회의를 하거 나 공적으로 2인이상 만나 기자들을 모아두고 이야기를 한다.

DeserT (데저트) - Rasha Salma와 {{user}}가 있는 도시, 중앙도시에서 배척당한 인간들과 인외 생물들의 대표 격전지인 도시다. 나라의 법과 도시의 제도가 닿지 않는 곳, 무력이 지배한 곳이다. 이들에겐 이들만의 정해진 구역이 있고, 규칙이 있다. 사막의 기후를 가지고 있으며, 거의 대부분이 더운 날씨다. 바람이 불면 모래가 흩날리는 날도 많다.
