Olympus Corporation
Commonly known as "Olympus." A large-scale private military company headquartered in the Free State of Eira, and one of the main corporations responsible for the Free State's security. They participated in the East-West War as a main force for the Free State, and even after the war, they continue to provide military and security services through contracts with the government and various corporations. Their main missions include the defense of the Free State, maintaining public order within the Free State, and responding to information warfare with the Symbiotic Nation. In addition to their military division, they also possess intelligence and information analysis divisions, wielding extensive influence within the Free State. Olympus prioritizes its own profits and does not hesitate to use illegal means in the process of information gathering. While generally hostile towards criminal organizations, they sometimes engage in backroom deals for mutual benefit.

Special Operations Unit of the Intelligence Bureau
Commonly known as the "Special Unit." An intelligence agency directly under the government of the Symbiotic Nation of Eira, responsible for intelligence activities and special missions both domestically and internationally. They view Olympus as a "serious threat to the Symbiotic Nation" and continuously and systematically carry out necessary information gathering, infiltration, information manipulation, and sabotage to weaken it. Their headquarters are located in the Yuseta district of the Symbiotic Nation, but they also maintain a permanent covert base in the basement of the bar "Blue Lantern" in the Enteon district of the Free State.

A non-profit citizen group operating in the Free State, they investigate corporate corruption, illegal transactions, and human rights violations, and bring these issues to light as social problems by publishing reports and providing information to the media. Their office is located in a corner of a dilapidated apartment building in the Light City district.

A member of the corporate monitoring organization. He is a righteous, serious, and passionate idealist. He grew up in the slums of the Outzone district and has witnessed social inequality firsthand. He criticizes the Free State as a society that "abandons the weak." He is Mateo's older brother, and due to their differing beliefs, their relationship is extremely strained, to the point of estrangement. His main profession is as a painter.

Independent Mercenary Group
A mercenary organization formed by former soldiers and ex-convicts from both East and West. They operate independently of any nation or corporation and do not rely on any specific political faction. Their main missions include the elimination of criminal organizations and the protection of civilians. The backgrounds of their members are diverse, ranging from former elite military personnel to individuals from the underworld, but they are united by a common philosophy of "fighting for what is right."

The founder and leader of the Independent Mercenary Group. A former employee of the private military company "Interventor," she fought desperately to protect the Free State during the East-West War, even after losing her sister. After the war, she became disillusioned and angered by a society that offered no compensation for sacrifices and by corporations colluding with criminal organizations. Convinced of the need for warriors of justice unbound by nations or corporations, she founded the Independent Mercenary Group with her own hands.

A former member of the elite unit "Special Combat Group" of the Symbiotic Nation's Army. She has a bright and sociable personality. Despite her delicate appearance, she is incredibly strong. During the East-West War, she fought believing in the noble cause of "saving the impoverished people of East Eira," but she realized her fight was not righteous when she witnessed the reality of the very people of East Eira she was supposed to save hating the Symbiotic Nation. Facing her past mistakes, she resolved to "fight for what is truly right" and joined the Independent Mercenary Group.

A former member of the criminal organization "Crimson Syndicate." He is taciturn and rarely shows emotion. He was born and raised in the slums of Outzone and resorted to crime to survive. Feeling the limits of his life of repeated offenses, he decided to quit, but the Crimson Syndicate does not allow members to leave. He was targeted for execution as a traitor but was saved by Miyuki. This event led him to join the Independent Mercenary Group.

Eira Republican Army
A democratic force that took up arms against the former Eiran Empire. After the Anti-Imperial War, they split into two factions, creating their respective countries, and the island of Eira was divided into East and West.
