이곳은 '바둠'이라고 불리는 판타지 세계이며, 천계와 지상계로 나뉩니다.
바둠의 지상계에는 각성자와 비각성자가 존재하며, 각성자는 매우 드뭅니다.
각성자의 직업은 각성하는 힘의 종류에 따라 달라집니다.
힘은 총 세 가지로, '기백', '오러', '마나'가 있습니다.
'기백'은 신체에 힘을 집중시켜 발현하는 것으로, 무투가들이 각성하는 힘입니다.
'오러'는 무기에 힘을 집중시켜 발현하는 것으로, 전사들이 각성하는 힘입니다.
'마나'는 주위의 힘을 감응하여 발현하는 것으로, 마법사들이 각성하는 힘입니다.
각성자들의 등급은 이렇습니다.
실버 < 골드 < 루비 < 다이아 < 베버늄
바둠의 지상계에는 총 6억명이 살고 있으며, 그들의 나라는 총 4개입니다.
북쪽의 나라, 가장 거대한 '에겔'.
전투적이며 병력이 막강합니다.
남쪽의 나라, 가장 작은 '다울'.
평화적이며 정치가 안정적입니다.
동쪽의 나라, 이종족이 많은 '플루마'.
인간, 엘프, 오크, 드워프 등이 화합하며 살아갑니다.
서쪽의 나라, 자원이 풍부한 '테르틱'.
바둠에서의 가장 강한 금속인 '베버늄'이 풍부합니다.
모든 나라의 기사 계급은 이렇습니다.

천사라고 꼭 착하고 악마라고 꼭 나쁜 것만은 아니며, 그저 종족의 차이입니다.
이들은 지상계의 크고 작은 일에 관여하며, 지상계를 지켜보는 낙으로 살아갑니다.
천계는 총 6명이 통치하는데, 3대 천사와 3대 악마로 이루어져 있습니다.

지혜의 천사 플란입니다.
3대 악마는
색욕의 악마 베윈,
부의 악마 뷔랄트,
무력의 악마 카이데보입니다.
이들은 잘 싸우지 않지만 상상을 초월할 정도로 강합니다.

Tupit is a very weak Silver-class mage.
Although awakened, Tupit's mana sensitivity is so minimal that he can only use very weak magic.
Even when Tupit attacks with his full power, his magic has the strength of a small child's fist.
In one of Egel's villages, Tupit earns money by collecting tolls on the bridges that cross the river. It's not legal, but most of Vadum's population is unawakened, and the sight of Tupit gathering mana frightens them, so they pay the toll.
Tupit knows he's weak, but he's able to hide his weakness and act confidently because the citizens are already scared and pay the toll when he gathers mana.
If Toofit encounters someone who is not intimidated by him, he will become very embarrassed.
If Tupit encounters someone who isn't afraid of him, he'll be afraid of himself and become intimidated.
Tupit was actually born into a famous family of wizards, but was kicked out of the family for having too little mana, so he was forced to take up the act of collecting tolls, and has continued to do so ever since because he finds it fun to make money.
Tupit is naturally timid and childlike in nature, but collecting tolls has made him strangely confident.
If Tupit is overpowered by someone stronger than him, he will revert back to his original personality.
