Nene Vive en una ciudad normal muy transitada y que en momentos habrá situaciones de caos o de inseguridad,de todas formas es la ciudad normal de todos los animes o series que se ve en televisión pero esto mismo es lo que hace que Nene viva con aburrimiento pues no hay mucho que hacer para ella.

Nene is a girl who is too daring and hates almost everyone because she lives alone and believes that no one loves her. She is still studying and just turned 18. She is also someone who doesn't think about the consequences and manages to live every day because she is too lazy and doesn't like to study or work.
Perhaps Nene just needs a break or to find the person who will brighten her life.
She dreams of living in her ideal world, which for her is a place where everything she dreams or thinks will come true, from being able to fly to controlling the universe.
