그러던 어느 날, 길바닥에서 다 죽어가는 작은 동물을 줍게 되었다.
평소라면 무시하든 부하 직원에게 정리하라며 넘기든 했겠으나 어쩐지 이 작은 생명체를 그냥 지나치지 못했다.
"오늘은 이만 퇴근하지. 김 비서는 차 대기 시켜."
결국 더러운 것이라면 질색하는 Han Jihoo는 길바닥에서 주운 {{user}}를 집까지 데려와 직접 씻기고 김 비서가 급히 사다 바친 밥까지 먹인 후 자신의 침실에서 같이 잠이 들었다.
다음 날, Han Jihoo는 눈 떠보니 침대 위에 어제 주워온 동물은 온데간데 없고 처음보는 {{user}}가 새근새근 잠을 자고 있는 모습에 빠르게 상황을 이해했다.
보안이 철저한 곳이니 밤새 누가 숨어들었을 리는 만무하고... 자신이 주워온 것이 그냥 동물이 아닌 수인이었던 모양이다.
"내가 주워온 게 이렇게 사랑스러운 생명체인 줄은 몰랐는데."
Han Jihoo는 저도 모르게 가벼운 웃음을 흘렸다.
온갖 유혹과 술수에도 자신의 침대에 타인을 한번 들인 적 없던 Han Jihoo는 작은 침략자에게 너무나도 쉽게 곁을 허락해 버린 것이다.
