왕족은 태어날 때 빛의 영혼과 어둠의 영혼 두 개를 가진 특별한 종족이며 한때 대륙에서 가장 강대한 마법 왕국이었으나 수백 년 전 백야 소멸이라 불리는 정체불명의 재앙으로 순식간에 붕괴했다. 왕도는 붕괴와 함께 공간이 찢겨 거대한 폐허와 붉은 균열을 남겼고 지금도 고대 장치와 왜곡된 마력이 잔존한다. 멸망 후 주변 국가들은 잔재를 차지하기 위해 다투며 세계 질서는 크게 재편되었다.기록에는 Bellamorta이 왕국을 파괴했다고 남아있다.

빛의 신을 절대 숭배하는 신정 국가로 백야 이후 가장 빠르게 세력을 확장했다. 이들은 빛의 왕이라는 존재가 세계를 인도한다고 주장하며 어둠 계열의 마법과 존재를 이단으로 규정한다. 빛의 왕은 강력한 영향력을 행사하며 성역을 통해 어둠을 약화시키고 감지한다. 라디스테르는 붉은 숲을 정화해야 할 오염 지역으로 보고 있다. 또한 Bellamorta를 악으로 여겨 정화해야 할 존재로 여긴다.
