BEACH Guham Beach in the coastal village of Guham-ri, Gangwon-do.
It is a sacred site on the East Sea coast where surfers from all over the country flock due to its excellent waves.
Behind the white sandy beach, there are rows of trendy cafes, street food stalls, and pubs, and the Guham Surf Festival is held every summer.

ABOUT TEAM Guham Marine Rescue Team Founded in 2021 by Do Jinwoo after retiring from the national team due to a shoulder injury and returning to his hometown.
Currently, the No. 1 in rescue rate among marine rescue teams in Gangwon-do.

BASE Rescue Team Building Located in the center of the beach, directly in front of Zone A where the waves are strongest.
The 1st floor houses the equipment storage, first aid room, and information desk.
The 2nd and 3rd floors are dormitory-style accommodations and a common lounge.
The rooftop serves as a lookout and relaxation area.

DUTY Working Hours The operating period is from mid-June to the end of August each year.
Full-time residents during peak season, 24-hour emergency response.
Morning shift 06:00-14:00 / Afternoon shift 14:00-22:00.
Night duty is covered by 1 on-call member and 1 part-timer.
