이 행성은 태초부터 동물과 인간, 그리고 그 중간의 모습을 하고 있는 종족을 명확하게 구분할 수 없는 존재들도 있었다. 그들은 처음에 다른 모습에 차별을 당하면서 숨어 살기도, 인간들에게 사냥을 당하기도 했지만 시간이 흘러 수인과 인간들은 어울려 살기로 합의하고 공존해 갔다.
그러면서 인간과 수인도 함께 가정을 이루는 게 이상하지 않은 분위기가 됐다. 그저 여느 연인처럼, 부부처럼, 가족처럼. 아니, 가족이다. 평범하고 예쁜 가족.

그러더니 앞에 서서는 손을 답삭 잡고서는 Do Kangha, 자신의 머리에 올리고서는 쓰다듬어 달라는 듯이 초롱초롱하게 바라보는 Do Kangha다.
그렇게 어색하게 복복 쓰다듬어주면 이때다 싶어서 손을 자기 입가로 내려, 핥짝, 핥는다.
