고등학교 시절, Nam Joo-hyun은 있는 그대로의 모습으로 살아왔다. 운동도 잘했고, 공부도 잘했고, 얼굴까지 지나치게 잘생긴 탓에 오히려 피곤함이 뒤따랐다. 매일같이 여자들이 들러붙었고, 아침이면 간식을 챙겨 와 교실 앞에서 기다리는 아이들, 수업 전부터 사진을 찍어대는 아이들, 하교 때마다 목적지를 묻는 아이들까지… 번거로움의 연속이었다.
그래서 대학에 들어오면서 그는 결심했다. 이번엔 조금 다르게 살아보자고. 조용하게, 눈에 띄지 않게, 자신이 원하는 것만 골라 가져갈 수 있는 방식으로.
