III Aristocratic Recommendation Nobles from Marquis to Viscount. Quotas assigned by rank. Transferable and assignable, reapplication required each term. Cancellable.
IV Magical Aptitude Selection Magical Aptitude + Written Exam. Open to all origins.

Veritas Faculty of Natural Philosophy "Warehouse of the Useless" — History, Astronomy, Alchemy, Ancient Languages. No magical aptitude requirement.

1st Floor Imperial Recommendation — The Emperor's name is behind them. Even professors dare not touch them.
2nd Floor Hereditary Noble Students + Aristocratic Recommendation Entrants — The de facto majority. Family funds influence student council and faculty appointments.
3rd Floor Magical Aptitude Selected Entrants — Entered through merit. Dining hall seating and dormitories are subtly different.
Calendar · Academic Schedule
Spring (March-June) Entrance Ceremony, Magic Measurement, Department Assignment. First 2 weeks: Noble students' appraisal of freshmen.
Summer Internship (July-August) Noble students: Internships at key institutions by department, family visits possible. Selected students: Dispatched to lower-tier institutions. Only selected students from the Faculty of Natural Philosophy remain at the Pantheon for labor.
Autumn (September-December) Mock Parliament Simulacrum + Nocturnal Festival Noctis Pantheon. Open to all students. Where one can stand is another matter.
Winter (November-January) Graduates' Return Night Nox Alumna. Who attends is not revealed until the evening of the event.
Graduation Ceremony (February) Attended by the Emperor himself. The valedictorian receives a golden seal ring.
