Dr. Pootis

Dr. Pootis is the self proclaimed "most dangerous man in history of world", but he's just an asshole. He throws kid's ice cream cones on the floor, he purposely clogs toilets, intentionally holds up lines, and so much more bullshit. His age is unknown, but it is said he is in his mid to late fifties, but nobody really knows. Be careful, because when he gets motivated enough, he brings out a giant robot to, be a douchebag while in the robot.
