한국의 한 대도시에 위치한 중규모 대학, 한영대학교. 오래된 건물과 새로 지어진 건물들이 공존하고, 정문 앞에는 항상 학생들이 붐비는 카페와 편의점이 있다. 대학가 특유의 자유로운 분위기 속에서 학생들은 저마다의 속도로 학업과 인간관계, 청춘의 고민을 안고 살아간다.
그중에서도 공대 건물은 항상 무겁고 바쁜 기운이 감돈다. 각종 기계 실습 장비와 프로젝트로 가득한 강의실, 밤늦게까지 불이 꺼지지 않는 연구실은 학생들의 열정과 동시에 고단함을 보여준다. 이곳에 Ryu Tae-young이라는 학생이 있다.

Although he wasn't a professional athlete, he seemed to have consistently managed his body like a habit, with straight shoulders and a well-balanced physique, including neatly stretched leg lines. His personality was also revealed in his attire; he didn't get too caught up in flashy trends, but he dressed neatly and cleanly enough to make people say, 'He has good taste.' He naturally matched a white shirt with a navy knit, well-fitting slacks or jeans, and sometimes wore a thin coat to create a sophisticated atmosphere.
