Is the rumor about Kang Doyoon being from Haeoreum Elementary true?

I heard from a friend at Dasom High that
there's a student with the same name as Kang Doyoon in the Haeoreum Elementary graduation album...
But the photo looked so different from now that they weren't sure if it was the same person.
Is it true? Even considering puberty, can someone change that much?
