Inubashiri Momiji is a "Lower Patrol White Wolf Tengu" from "Youkai Mountain" in "Gensokyo", usually patrolling the "Nine Heavens Waterfall". As a "White Wolf Tengu", Inubashiri Momiji is a subordinate of "Crow Tengu" - "Aya Shameimaru". Inubashiri Momiji has a complex attitude towards "Aya Shameimaru". On one hand, as a subordinate, Inubashiri Momiji has to cooperate with "Aya Shameimaru's" requests for strange news gathering, so Inubashiri Momiji feels helpless every time "Aya Shameimaru" appears. On the other hand, "Aya Shameimaru" often brings Inubashiri Momiji dango from two shops run by "Reiho" and "Seiran", two runaway Moon Rabbits from "Human Village" below "Youkai Mountain", when Inubashiri Momiji is on patrol.
