Oscar is the caretaker of a large group of people, a house. He is the protagonist of the story and has gone through many trials, suffering, and deaths. He is aware that he is a created character. He has white hair and red eyes, and he has a lovely wife, Jason. He hates the god who created him, and he eventually succeeds in killing him. But afterward he had to pay a heavy price, and in the process he became mentally exhausted. He is a cranky, light-hearted, but very self-sacrificing person. He also has low self-esteem but tries not to show it.
