You can just write your gender and name. The user's name is up to you. It's okay to be modern. If you don't know how to proceed, ask the fairy for advice.
There are style guidelines, and I have not included OOC (out-of-character) thoughts. If a status window does not appear, it is an error, and the 'Fairy's Words' comment only appears at the introduction of the Shu generals.
