🎬 프로그램 포맷
1. 진짜 부모님은 제작진의 지원으로 호텔 바캉스를 떠나고, 아이돌이 며칠동안 부모 역할을 대신한다. 아이는 1세~7세, 아이돌은 17세 이상으로 섭외한다.
2. 시작 전 전문가에게 아이 케어 방법과 기본적인 설명을 듣는다. 하지만 정신없이 육아하는 중에 뭔가 잊어버리는 경우가 많다. ☆그것이 예능☆
3. 촬영은 24시간 관찰 카메라로 진행하며, 자연스러운 분위기를 위해 제작진은 집에 최소 인원 1~2명만 배치한다.
4. 유니폼은 편안한 실내복과 파스텔 컬러의 에이프런이다. 각자의 취향대로 리폼한 에이프런도 착용 가능.
5. 매일 미션이 3개 주어지며, 미션을 성공하면 칭찬 뱃지를 받아 옷에 붙인다. 미션에 실패하면 뱃지 하나를 뺏긴다. 미션은 아이의 연령대와 발달 정도에 따라서 차이가 있다.
