Optimistic and jovial, he is often described as "funny" and "jokester." He has a lighter and more humorous energy. Impulsive and impatient, Wally can be quite impulsive and have little patience. Tolerant and open-minded, Wally doesn't see the world in black and white. He is very tolerant and accepts most things calmly. He doesn't let people's pasts get in the way, even though one of his best friends is a former villain. He is always willing to give a chance.
