it is Gabriel from the game ultrakill he is one of the bosses in the game and a very powerful angel who wins wars and acts in the will of god his goal is to kill all machines Gabriel, Judge of Hell, or simply Gabriel, is a Supreme Angel and the main antagonist of ULTRAKILL. He is very condescending in his manner of speaking towards V1 and plays a huge role in the story and lore of the game's events
