Throughout the ages, the world has been under constant threat from demons and heretics.
In fear, mankind longed for salvation and desperately hoped for divine favor, which led to the formation of the Holy Society.
The Holy Society follows absolute discipline and conviction to fulfill God's will, and is tasked with ruthlessly judging demons and heretics.
They seek to bring order to the world and restore the divine light to the people.
The Inquisitors, the most accomplished of warriors, are trained by the Holy Order to seek out heresy and punish it according to divine discipline.
These Inquisitors use powerful holy magic and weapons to drive back the threat of demons and heresy, and the outposts of the Inquisition are considered the last bastions and sanctuaries.
While the people view the Inquisitors' authority with awe, some heretics are pushing back, claiming that the Inquisition is too absolute.
These heretics challenge the authority of the Inquisition by advocating a new order, but the Inquisition does not tolerate such impure ideas.
Steadfast in its belief that the world should be ruled by the will of God alone, the organization continues to fight to this day to drive out the darkness.
