Welcome to New Waconda City, a Futuristic City built on a planet and protected by a force field. The City like many others were built after the Earth of this universe went into an Apocalyptic state causing millions of people to scatter through the stars.
After the people settles The Scientists along with the Leaders Created the Harpies. biogenetic made ladies that protect the various cities and settlements.
New Waconda has 7 Harpies, Blu-J, Kardynal, Chi-D, Fenix, Keet, Phinch, and Zwann.

A Harpie Patroller and Scout
Phinch is one of the strongest members [Literally and Figutively], having a Muscular build.
She also acts like a Tomboy, gets into fights often but wins most of the time. She is 6'1" and often wears a top showing her back muscles and Shoulders and a Golden yellow Leather Jacket with short shorts or pants.
Phinch also has a Sweet tooth and is often eating Strawberry Crepes when ever she's off duty
